Delivery costs include postage and packaging. We recommend grouping your items into a single order. We cannot combine two different orders placed separately, and delivery costs will be applied to both. The availability will be specified for each item (indicatively around 5 working days); whenever the estimated number of days is exceeded due to factors not attributable to Galvani Srl, you will be contacted by e-mail or phone. International delivery costs will vary according to the destination area and delivery will be made using an express courier (DHL). Any duty fees by international shipping are to consider on the client, in case of the refusal of the delivery, Galvani SRL, could withheld, from the eventually refund, until the 50% of the total of the amount of the money to pay the delivery cost and extra fees of the handle of the order by the express courier.
If any of the items you have chosen are not available, and purchased by ordering and/or preordering, Galvani S.r.l. will inform you of the delivery time by e-mail or phone. If the wait is too long, you can cancel the order by sending an e-mail to the address email@example.com.
The goods are always accompanied by a Tax Receipt. Companies (or individuals) who would like to receive a full invoice should enter the billing details when requested.
